Taste of The Grape Terms & Conditions

Corporate Bookings

To confirm a booking Taste Of The Grape require a deposit of £250 + VAT, or 25% of the total fee should this be greater, or an agreed sum based on the estimated cost of the event at the time of booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Should the number of guests attending increase the final balance shall be altered accordingly.

The balance of the fee will be payable either on the day of the event or within 10 working days of the event taking place.

If the client cancels the event less than 28 working days but more than 10 working days before the date of the event Taste Of The Grape will retain the deposit, which can be used against a future booking if re-booked within 6 months.

If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the event the deposit will be forfeit.

Private Bookings

To confirm a booking Taste Of The Grape require a deposit of 25% of the event cost (including VAT).

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The balance is payable on the day of the event.

If the booking is cancelled less than 28 working days but more than 10 working days before the date of the tasting Taste Of The Grape will retain the deposit, which can be used against a future tasting if re-booked within 3 months.

If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the tasting the deposit will be forfeit.
